Welcome to DMB Publishing.
No doubt you have spotted this link on my Business Card and decided to have a look. Well done. You have entered my extension to a Business Card I call my Adcard because it adds and advertises more than can be printed on a Business Card. It links you to some of the web resources that will help you better understand what DMB Publishing is all about as well as linking you to a variety of available publications that can be purchased or in some cases used for free. In fact all the content that I couldn't include in the space available on a Business Card but I can record here in an Adcard. Importantly DMB Publishing believes in the free sharing of resources particularly old books that would otherwise have be lost forever. But because this doesn't pay the bills some of the resources have to be purchased. Whilst still selling books printed on paper the future strategic direction of DMB Publishing is to move towards the use of eBooks and in particular to exploit all the new capabilities being built into the ePub International Standard now being overseen by the W3C.
DMB Publishing is not a Vanity Publisher. But a "Traditional Publisher" who whilst publishing its own books, written by David Bannister, will partner with some selected Writers to act as their Publisher. In doing so it is about working to old fashioned traditional publishing principles heavy dependant upon a handshake and trust rather than pages of legal jargon. To this end DMB Publishing looks to encourage everybody to write their own autobiography before you depart this earthly domain. Otherwise you are not going to leave anyone an insight into the life you have just lived. It may only ever be read by family and friends but that in itself is of real significance particularly when you will no longer be around be answer those odd questions that only appear to get asked when you have been long departed and never whilst you were alive.
